↩️ Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vighnesh Farm.

1. Return Eligibility

Since we deal in food products (Ghee), returns are accepted only if:

  • ✅ The product is damaged during delivery
  • ✅ You receive the wrong item
  • ✅ The packaging is tampered with or defective

Note: Opened or used jars of ghee cannot be returned due to food safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process a refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • ✅ For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders – refund will be provided via bank transfer/UPI.
  • ✅ For online payments – refund will be credited back to the original source.

3. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you can also request a replacement product if available in stock. Replacement is shipped free of cost.

4. Steps to Request a Return

  1. 📩 Contact us at vighneshfarm@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. 📸 Share photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
  3. ✅ Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
  4. ↩️ Return pickup will be arranged (where applicable).
